Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. After processing, shipping generally takes 7–15 business days to arrive at your designated address.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent. Return shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout during the original purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used for purchase.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If your cancellation request is received after this window, we may not be able to stop processing or shipping your order.
